Privacy Policy

Information you provide

When you sign in with Google or Apple, Thespia receives the account identifier and profile information that provider shares, such as your name, email address, and profile image. Apple may provide a private relay email address.

The service also stores content you choose to add: screenplays, project settings, casting and direction choices, generated audio, written notes, voice-note recordings and transcripts, and related project history.

Information created while you use Thespia

Thespia records the minimum technical and usage information needed to operate the service, such as sign-in sessions, rendering status, credit usage, timestamps, error details, and basic network or device information used for security.

How information is used

We use this information to authenticate you, keep projects available across devices, create the performances and analyses you request, prevent abuse, troubleshoot problems, and improve reliability. We do not sell personal information or use screenplay content for targeted advertising.

Service providers

Thespia uses Cloudflare for hosting, storage, and network security. Depending on the feature you choose, relevant text or audio may be sent to xAI for screenplay analysis and direction, ElevenLabs for synthetic speech, and AssemblyAI for voice-note transcription. Those providers receive only the material needed to perform the requested operation and handle it under their own service and privacy terms.

Retention, deletion, and security

Your projects remain available while your account is active. You can delete projects in Thespia. Limited backups, cached media, security logs, and transaction records may remain for a reasonable period when needed for recovery, fraud prevention, legal obligations, or service integrity.

You may request access to or deletion of your account and associated personal information by emailing privacy@thespia.ai. We may need to verify that you control the account before completing a request.

We use encrypted connections, restricted service credentials, and account-based access controls. No online service can guarantee absolute security, so please avoid uploading content you are not authorized to use.

Changes and contact

We may update this policy as Thespia changes. Material updates will be reflected here with a new effective date. Questions can be sent to privacy@thespia.ai.
